Corey Johnson Death Row –Legal counselors for a Virginia gangster on Tuesday requested that a government judge stop his bureaucratic execution, saying he is mentally debilitated and accordingly lawfully ineligible for capital punishment.
Cory Johnson, 45, is planned to pass on one month from now only days before President-elect Joseph R. Biden’s introduction. He was an individual from the horrendous Newtowne drug pack that threatened Richmond, Virginia, in the mid 1990s.
In 1993, Johnson and two individual gangsters were condemned to death in government court for the passings of 10 individuals. An eleventh crime ascribed to the pack was not indicted.
